DEAR GIRLS,ITS NOT YOUR FAULT!

Someone did something bad-

and the victim wore a short dress!

they said its because of the dress,

and asked me to never wear one!

A monster  took a women's life,

but she was all covered up in a burka!

they said its because she was a woman,

and  asked me to never be one!

A scoundrel destroyed a little girl,

but she was far from being a woman!

and they blamed her parents,its their fault!

and asked my parents to watch out!

A working woman was too tired,

she went outside for a late night walk!

and when it happened to her,It was her fault!

they asked me to stay inside!

A college girl, stayed home,

but she raised her voice against injustice,

and then it happened to her,it was her fault!

they said to keep my mouth shut!

Its easier to blame her,

than to face the flaw in us!

its easier to keep quite,

than to do something about it!

Now a girl is afraid to show her bra strap,

her period blood stain, her breasts,her body,

she can't show anything that makes her a woman,

cause in the end, it will be her fault!

let something happen, keep your mouth shut!

and come out of the dark when it is over!

sympathize, mourn and cry for her and-

then write the letter,"dear girls,its your fault!

we have spent all this time asking the girls to not do that and not do this. and what difference did it make? stop writing letters to girls listing their not to do list write a letter to the boys ! teach them to see the women around them as their equal ! is it that hard to see a woman as a human being if she is not your mother,sister,wife or daughter!!

Everyone is a human being just like you, irrespective of their  sex and sexuality. It is quite disappointing that we need someone else to teach this to us!

A rapist exhaust all his excuses when he become one! 

It is never her fault! IT IS OUR FAULT THAT THESE MAGGOTS LIVE WITHIN US! ]
